接到加溫通知后，在進(jìn)、回油溫度正常滿足車間膠粉正常運(yùn)行的前提下。啟動導(dǎo)熱油爐送、引風(fēng)機(jī)待正常運(yùn)行后，在設(shè)定進(jìn)油溫度接近或低于2—3℃，回油溫度不低于200℃時，開啟熱交換器進(jìn)、回油閥門(先開回油閥，后開進(jìn)油閥)2—3絲。先預(yù)熱，保證導(dǎo)熱油爐回油溫度不低于200℃，等預(yù)熱30分鐘后，再逐漸開啟熱交換器進(jìn)、回油閥門，勤觀察油爐進(jìn)、回油溫度的降低，及時調(diào)整進(jìn)回油閥門，逐漸升壓到3.5kg。壓力達(dá)到3.5后，應(yīng)勤觀察換熱器壓力表讀數(shù)的變化，應(yīng)盡量保持3.5kg壓力，根據(jù)讀數(shù)變化必須及時調(diào)整進(jìn)、回油閥門。但壓力嚴(yán)禁超過4kg，嚴(yán)格避免造成人身安全傷害事故。
加溫完成(配料崗位應(yīng)及時通知)，不得完全關(guān)閉熱交換器閥門，應(yīng)開啟進(jìn)、回油閥門1—2絲。進(jìn)行預(yù)熱，盡量保持1kg壓力。避免加溫時進(jìn)、回油溫度降幅過大，影響車間車間生產(chǎn)設(shè)備正常運(yùn)行。
